Data Policy
Internal preview. This document is an initial version published ahead of commercial launch and will be reviewed by counsel before the first paid subscription.
Sources
The research corpus is built from public regulatory filings, corporate-registry records, court dockets, exchange disclosures and licensed data feeds. Collection is rate-limited, respects robots directives, and prefers licensed APIs over scraping.
Evidence discipline
- Every stored fact carries a mandatory source reference — the database schema rejects sourceless data.
- Extraction depth is disclosed: title-level extractions carry lower confidence than full-document extractions, and the interface shows it.
- Claims run through four verification states: verified, partially verified, unverifiable, disputed.
Tenant isolation
Your mandates, notes, calibration cases and deep-dive requests live in your tenant and are never shared across customers. The shared layer contains only public-source company facts.
Corrections
If you believe a published fact is wrong, report it with the fact reference; we re-verify against the primary source and correct or mark it disputed.
