What we collect
Account data (name, work email), workspace content you create (mandates, notes, watchlists), and usage logs (feature events, IP, user agent) needed to operate and secure the service.
What we do not do
- We do not train models on your data. Your mandates, notes and deep dives are never used to train ours or anyone's models.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share workspace content with third parties except the subprocessors required to run the service.
Company research data
Target-company information in the product is compiled from public sources (regulatory filings, registries, court dockets, licensed data providers). Every fact carries its source reference.
Some of these public records identify a natural person — for example, the actual controller or ultimate beneficial owner an issuer is legally required to disclose. We process only information that issuers or authorities have already lawfully made public, and only within the reasonable scope needed for professional due diligence; each such data point carries its source, and access requires an authenticated account. We do not collect government-ID numbers, personal contact details, or any non-public personal information. If you are named in a record and believe it is inaccurate, contact us and we will re-verify against the primary source.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content is retained while your subscription is active. On written request after termination, workspace content is deleted within 30 days, excluding backups which roll off within 90 days.
