The service

Deciwise provides evidence-linked research and screening tools for private-market and listed-company analysis. It is a research aid: outputs are information, not investment advice, and no output constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to transact.

Your responsibilities

Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your seats.
Use the service and its data for internal research only; no resale or bulk redistribution of the dataset.
Comply with applicable securities and data-protection laws in your use of outputs.

Accuracy

We label every claim with its source and verification state. Where evidence is insufficient, the interface says so. We do not warrant completeness of public-source data, and verification states are our assessment, not a guarantee.

Subscription and credits

Paid plans include monthly signal-card and deep-dive quotas as described on the pricing page. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over unless stated. Fees are exclusive of taxes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for investment outcomes.
